Based in Morocco we draw inspiration from the rich cultural heritage and stunning landscapes of the Mediterranean to create handbags that celebrate the region’s timeless elegance.

Our philosophy centers on the innovative concept of ‘limited editions,’ where once a particular color is sold out, it won’t make a return. This concept reflects our belief in having fewer, but more special and higher-quality items as a way of life. This is how we define true high-end bags.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Born and raised in Amsterdam, founder and creative director Rania Eabdenbitsen, always felt a deep connection to her Moroccan roots and the Mediterranean region. After completing her studies in international business management, she worked for several corporate companies in Amsterdam and Barcelona. Driven by a strong sense of purpose, she left her comfort zone and decided to move to Morocco to explore her passion for entrepreneurship and creativity.

As a young girl, Rania had always loved handbags and would often sneak into her mother’s closet to try on her favorite pieces. This love for handbags stayed with her throughout her life and eventually led her to start her own handbag brand, CEOS.

With a strong commitment to traditional craftsmanship and timeless designs, Rania built CEOS from the ground up, working closely with artisans to create beautiful handbags that embodied the spirit of the Mediterranean. She was determined to create a brand that not only celebrated her Moroccan heritage but also empowered women beyond bags.

Just like a spider carefully crafts its web, we approach our work with the same meticulous dedication, ensuring that each handbag is crafted with the utmost attention to detail.

The spider serves as a powerful metaphor, representing the strength, resilience, and resourcefulness of women. Similar to how spiders adeptly build and maintain their webs, CEOS celebrates women’s capacity to excel in various roles, represented by the spider’s legs that symbolize the many hats women wear.
